On-Call Plan Review, Inspection, and Consulting

Hazardous Materials Plan Review Services: FCS provides AHJs with on-call or project specific plan review to determine compliance with codes, ordinances, laws, regulations and best practices related to storage and use of hazardous materials, energy storage systems, and similar hazardous and uses.

Hazardous Materials Inspection Services: Provide Hazardous Materials field inspection services to ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved plans and include all required testing (toxic gas detection, process piping, emergency controls, etc.) and other field inspection issues.

CUPA Support Services: Provide review of Hazardous Materials Management Plans, Hazardous Material Inventory Statements, CERS Submittals, Risk Management Plans / California Accidental Release Plans and similar CUPA services. Perform or assist in CUPA and / or Fire inspections of hazardous materials facilities, energy storage systems, or fire protection systems.

Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Fire Code Plan Review Services: Provide plan review, consulting, and inspection services related to fire suppression and fire alarm systems, high-piled storage, etc.

General Code Consulting Services: Provide miscellaneous consulting and technical assistance related to fire and life safety codes; hazardous materials laws and regulations; alternate materials requests; hazmat risk analysis plans, etc.

Clients/Projects: FCS has for numerous cities, counties, and fire protection districts across the Western United States, including California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada, as well as private sector clients.
